I want a bread sandwich. Like, a thick slab of bread between two freshly baked slices of bread garnished with breadcrumbs, and a side of breadsticks. And some bread pudding for dessert.
Have a Lamborghini Espada for your time.

Don't make us Google, what is Matzah (besides something that sounds like the Chinese knock off of Mazda)

It's basically a huge saltine cracker that we Jews have to eat instead of any bread product during the week of passover.

Let me guess. You don't live on the east coast?

How does it taste with a little bacon, lettuce, cheese, tomato? :D
And why do you have to eat it? Passover, I forgot what that was to... Geez, don't go to church for 20 years and all this stuff just goes away... I thought it was Easter related but obviously Jews don't care about Easter like the Christians do... So confused now!

Passover is not related to Easter in any way. Christians celebrate Easter, Jews celebrate Passover. It's a coincidence that they always occur around the same time, like Christmas and Hanukkah. As for why we eat it, it's because that's what we are "commanded" to do by our religion, kind of like Lent, although I don't know much about Lent.
And yes, if you don't keep Kosher (please just wikipedia that, so I don't have to try and explain it, it's complicated), yes, it is good as a BLT. Not as good as bread, though.

I don't actually know much about Lent either, but Kosher I get!
Thanks for breaking it down though. All this stuff just gets confusing, you study one religion a bit then they all sort of blur together.

It's understood. I always wish I knew a little more about other religions. I actually forget when Christmas is!

December 25th! LOL, I left religion a very long time ago so it always sneaks up on me, its December 1st then Christmas is over!
I have a very good friend that converted to Judaism a while back, and if he didn't live 600 miles away I would probably be much more informed with it all.

Oy vey! You've got great chutzpah complaining about your matzah. Nosh on some of it with a bit of gefilte fish and don't complain you schmuck!
Sorry, I had to get the Yiddish out of my system! I'm half Jewish (my dad's side) and my grandmother is very Jewish and is constantly speaking Yiddish!
I love matzah, but then again I am still eating bread too...

Matzah, I can deal wit. A) It's not awful when topped right, and b) I'm only keeping Passover at home. It's WAY to hard out in the world.
But Gefilte fish…It's the most horrible food ever conceived. I'm cringing just thinking about it.

This doesn't look appetizing to you??
No seriously it is awful. Really so gross. My bubbi made me try it last year at passover and I almost threw up.
I loved the Charose (that mixture of apples, cinnamon, nuts and wine which represents the mortar used to build...) on a matzah though!
And potato latkes. Mmm latkes!

It just needs some sauce and cheese. Matzah pizza I can deal with. It's great for when I'm too lazy to defrost a bagel.

Had latkes last night. They were amazing. I can't remember how long it's been since I tried gefilte, but the smell and the jelly it comes in are gross enough to stop me even tasting it.

Not true! Fun fact, the last supper was a Passover Sedar (I think). Cause Jesus was a Jew ya know.

Ughh, you're tellin me. I haven't been able to eat my morning breakfast sandwhiches (bacon + sausage + two scrambled eggs on a toasted bagel). My life has changed dramatically.
Not to mention the lack of consistent shits. No fiber does that to you

Just did a little research and that appears to be just a theory, and not a hugely accepted one. Who knows, though. It could have been!
